Quiet enough. Adequate. Secure. Washer and dryer good. Good location for groceries. Kind check in people.
So spartan, The smell of cigarette smoke was so prevalent.

It's clean, spacious, and very close to Metro(2mins walk) and supermarket(down stair); we book a 2-bedrooms flat but get a 4-bedrooms one with surprise!
traffic noise due to facing a main street; not able to use the locked safefy box
